2. 本地存储

本扩展使用 Chrome 的本地存储 API（chrome.storage.local）保存以下数据：

3. 网络请求

本扩展仅在以下情况发起网络请求：

4. 权限说明

• storage：用于保存搜索引擎配置到本地
• scripting：用于在用户添加的自定义搜索引擎页面上注入切换栏脚本
• 主机权限（按需申请）：仅在用户主动添加自定义搜索引擎时，请求对该特定网站的访问权限，用于显示切换栏

5. 第三方服务

本扩展使用 Google Favicon 服务（www.google.com/s2/favicons）获取网站图标。该请求仅包含目标网站的域名，不包含任何用户个人信息。

6. 数据安全

由于本扩展不收集任何数据，因此不存在数据泄露风险。所有用户配置数据通过 Chrome 的安全存储 API 管理。

2. Local Storage

The Extension uses Chrome's local storage API (chrome.storage.local) to save:

• Search engine list configuration (names, URL templates, enabled state, ordering)

This data is stored only on your local device and is never uploaded to any server.

3. Network Requests

The Extension only makes network requests in the following cases:

• Fetching search engine favicons via Google's Favicon service
• Navigating to a target search engine when you click to switch (normal page navigation)

The Extension does not send any analytics, tracking, or advertising requests.

4. Permissions

• storage: To save search engine configurations locally
• scripting: To inject the switcher bar on custom search engine pages added by the user
• Host permissions (on-demand): Only requested when a user adds a custom search engine, limited to that specific website, to display the switcher bar

5. Third-Party Services

The Extension uses Google's Favicon service (www.google.com/s2/favicons) to fetch website icons. These requests contain only the target website's domain name and no personal information.

6. Data Security

Since the Extension collects no data, there is no risk of data breach. All user configuration is managed through Chrome's secure storage API.

7. Children's Privacy

The Extension is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.
